Charles A Hannaford founded Broads Tours in Norfolk and exhibited and sold from the Broads Tours tearooms. 
Charles A Hannaford was educated at Devonport High School and studied art at Plymouth Art School.
 He settled in Wroxham,Norfolk.  Many of his painting were illustrated in the small booklet he produced entitled “The Charm of the Norfolk Broads”. 
His work also achieved wider acclaim as he exhibited with the Royal Society of British Artists.

Lucien Hector Monod (1867-1957) French artist from Paris, has artwork in the National art Gallery Canada.
In the spring of 1904 in a Mayfair gallery there appeared what the British press called ‘a brilliant blossom of French art’. The painter was Lucien Hector Monod (1867-1957).
In the spring of 2020 he will be back in Mayfair.
Like his friends Wilfrid de Glehn and John Singer Sargent, Monod carried Impressionism in to the twentieth century.

A very attractive early 17th Century (1607) map of Cambridgeshire which was based on the first major survey of the county by Christopher Saxton.This particular example believed to be 1st  edition which had the (plate) number '38' added to the bottom left corner. Engraved by William Kip and published in William Camden's Britannia* (London: 1607-1637). As well as being the earliest map of Cambridgeshire,  it is also the first detailed one dedicated solely to the county.
