Charles A Hannaford founded Broads Tours in Norfolk and exhibited and sold from the Broads Tours tearooms.
Charles A Hannaford was educated at Devonport High School and studied art at Plymouth Art School.
He settled in Wroxham,Norfolk. Many of his painting were illustrated in the small booklet he produced entitled “The Charm of the Norfolk Broadsâ€.
His work also achieved wider acclaim as he exhibited with the Royal Society of British Artists.
Charles A Hannaford painted right up to his death on 8th August 1972 age 85

In the spring of 2020 he will be back in Mayfair.
Like his friends Wilfrid de Glehn and John Singer Sargent, Monod carried Impressionism in to the twentieth century.
